Bolo Motorsports is a StartUp founded by three college friends with a passion for performance and all things automotive. We were people just like you looking for something super simple: a place to buy quality performance parts from people who legitimately live and breathe the culture. We strive to provide superior product information, low prices, and knowledgeable USA based customer service.

Shipping Policies: Ordering online just got better! We ship all in-stock orders the same business day if ordered by 7:00pm Eastern (so long as the item is in stock). Occasionally products become sold out and are placed on back order. In such a case, if it is going to take more than 4 business days to send out your order, we will contact you and let you know, giving you an ETA and the option to cancel the order.
How long will it take to get my order? Once your item is shipped, transit time for USA orders typically ranges from 2-6 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse (San Diego, California). International shipping (outside of the USA) takes much longer (up to 2-3 weeks in some cases). If you are in need of an item quicker than ground allows for, we offer 3-day 2-day and Overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please keep in mind that shipping companies do not count Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays when calculating the number of days in transit. If you have already placed an order, you can track it via the link in your order confirmation email at any time.
How much is shipping? Ground shipping is FREE for all Contiguous USA orders over $100.00. USA Orders under $100.00 shipping by ground will incur a flat $6.99 shipping fee. International shipping is not free in any case. International orders (Besides Canada or UK) will not show any shipping charges at the time of the order. We will contact you once we receive your order with the shipping charges and options, giving you the chance to either approve or cancel the order.
SALES TAX: If you are ordering outside of the state of Tennessee you won't be charged tax by us.
Tenneessse residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
DAMAGES: While rare, damages do happen occasionally. If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 72 hours and we will handle the rest. Please don't wait to contact us, as we have a limited time to file damage claims with the shipping company. A replacement typically leaves our warehouse within 24 hours. We ask that you save the packaging in case the shipping company wants to inspect it.

Are your parts street legal? Laws vary from city to city and state to state. New Level makes no representation that products on this site are appropriate for use in all locations from which this site may be viewed. Any purchase made from this website is done at the purchasers own initiative. It is your responsibility to know the laws that apply to your area and situation. It is important that you check with local law enforcement if you are unsure about the legality of any specific part BEFORE purchasing. It is important that you always follow the law and all regulations of your city and state, as well as DOT, etc.

BEFORE purchasing, you'll want to make sure any performance part you purchase is CARB approved if you plan to use it on any public street and your vehicle is not an off-road "Race only" vehicle. Parts and accessories which are not “CARB exempt” have not been tested by CARB and may violate emission control system anti-tampering laws. They may not be legal for highway use in your state and could result in failing an inspection or a citation. If you are unsure if a product offered on our website is CARB approved, please reach out to us or the product manufacturer before purchasing.

Some items on our website are not able to be shipped to any customer in California (such as Non-CARB Exempt Computer Tuners and Catted Exhaust Manifolds). If a manufacturer has advised us that a part cannot be shipped to a California customer, we always abide by that requirement and no exception can be made in any case. We strongly encourage you to directly contact the manufacturer of any part that is not CARB approved and let them know of your desire to see their part(s) approved for on street use in California.
California Prop 65 Warning: Many of the parts we sell may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm. This does not necessarily indicate our products will cause you to contract cancer or reproductive harm if used as designed. Proposition 65 requires warning labels on any product that may contain any of 600-plus elements that the California Air Resources Board considers a carcinogen or reproductive toxicant. These elements include lead (contained in the solder used to attach electronic parts to circuit boards), brass, PVC, and a multitude of other everyday elements.
